What You'll Do

The QMA at Solarbron Terrace plays a crucial role in ensuring high standards of care and support for our residents. This role involves overseeing daily care operations, ensuring personalized attention, collaborating with healthcare professionals to implement care plans, and monitoring residents' health and well-being. Additionally, the QMA will train and mentor staff to foster a compassionate and efficient environment, contributing to a safe, nurturing, and engaging atmosphere at Solarbron Terrace.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the care team in delivering high-quality care to residents.
• Provide training and mentorship to new staff members to ensure adherence to care standards.
• Engage with residents and their families to address concerns and enhance their overall experience.

Our Ideal Candidate

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid QMA certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or residential care setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in healthcare.
• Knowledge of electronic health record systems.

Skills
