Position Overview

As a Medication Aide at Trilogy, you will prepare, administer, and document medications, maintain resident records, and help create a caring environment. You will follow policies regarding medication disposal and ensure residents feel valued and safe.

Qualifications:

• Certified License for QMA or CMA
• Experience in long-term care or home care is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
