Job summary

Waters Edge Village in Muncie, IN is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide to support residents with medication administration and care. You will build meaningful relationships and promote physical and psychosocial well‑being in a team‑oriented environment.

Requirements include state‑approved med administration training, a passion for geriatric care, and excellent communication skills. CARE values guide daily practice and teamwork across the facility.

As a Qualified Medication Aide, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Each day, our QMAs utilize their skills to promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of the residents, leading to a rewarding sense of fulfillment and satisfaction.
