Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a Qualified Medication Aide to join our caring team in a part-time role. You will help residents with medication administration, monitor changes, and provide personal care as needed across our communities, Home Health or hospice services.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR certification required.
• Active QMA certification.
• Must have completed a state-approved medication administration training program.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with preparing and administering medications ordered by the physician.
• Observe residents, document observations, and report changes.
• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Answer medical alert calls promptly and politely.
• Attend training and staff conferences as requested.
