Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe residents for adverse reactions and report to nurse.
• Record meds given on MAR per policy.
• Monitor vital signs and document changes.
• Prepare and stock medication cart; verify dosages.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audits.
