Developmental Services, Inc. in Columbus, IN, invites a qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to lead and coordinate support plans for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will supervise Team Managers and work closely with families, staff, and providers to deliver high-quality, person-centered services. This leadership role balances supervision, program oversight, and direct connections to people we serve, with opportunities for professional growth

  • Oversee and coordinate each individual’s support plan, services, and active treatment programs
  • Supervise and support Team Managers to ensure quality, person-centered services
  • Monitor documentation, progress reports, compliance, and required paperwork
  • Work closely with individuals, families, staff, and community partners to support successful outcomes

As a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), you play a key role in making sure individuals receive the services and supports they need to live full, meaningful lives. You oversee care plans, guide Team Managers, and work closely with staff, families, and providers to ensure services are delivered with quality and compassion.
