Hybrid Position: QBHS will complete CANS screenings for families interested in linking with OhioRISE. At least two evenings until 6pm required. Integrated with Outpatient Psychiatry, Outpatient therapy, and Care Management to support treatment goals. QBHS will also support the Care Management Clinician through delegated tasks such as outreach, follow-up, resource verification, SDOH screenings, group support, and transition support.
Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance are required. Must pass a motor vehicle background check and meet driving qualifications set by Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
Supports licensed staff to facilitate therapy and interventions with children and families, assisting with psychiatric and behavioral health concerns. Provides skill building, psychoeducation, support, linkage, and referral interventions to promote resilience, independence, and stabilization of youth and families.
One year of mental health services with children and adolescents preferred.
Occasional, frequent, and continuous physical activities as detailed, including driving, lifting, and working outdoors.
