Job summary

Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Healthcare System seeks a Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP) for Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Services in Arkansas. The QBHP delivers behavioral health interventions and community support for children, teens and adults, across schools and homes as needed.

We offer a salary range of $16–$20+ per hour, depending on experience and education, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for career development within UHS and its subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related behavioral health field for degreed QBHP.
• High school diploma or equivalent for non-degreed QBHP.
• Completion of 40 hour QBHP training required.
• Computer skills are necessary.

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas with service delivery models to fit the various needs of patients as young as age 5. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, but we’re also able to offer support by providing options for therapy sessions in the school or home. As a part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents. At Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, we bring that same experience and attention when treating our adult population.

The Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP) is responsible for providing behavioral health interventions and community support services to clients who are receiving services through Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Services; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in a related behavioral health field for degreed Qualified Behavioral Health Provider.
• Non-degreed Qualified Behavioral Health Provider shall have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Both degreed and non-degreed require successful completion of 40 hour Qualified Behavioral Health Provider training.
• Computer skills necessary.
