Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Raeford, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services and support families with child-focused ABA programs. This in-center role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, with optional work-from-home days to balance caseloads and paperwork.

You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized plans, mentor RBTs and ABATs, collaborate with clinicians, and analyze data to guide treatment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
