The Treetop ABA is actively seeking a full-time BCBA in Raeford, NC. Work in-center with a BCBA-led clinical team, delivering high-quality ABA therapy while receiving robust support and flexible WFH options where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans


• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals


• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians


• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes


• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions


• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development

What you'll need

• Active BCBA Certification (required)


• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required


• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred


• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
