Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring BCBAs in NC to deliver high-quality, play-based ABA therapy in clinic or home settings. You’ll conduct FBAs, create individualized plans, train and supervise staff, and collaborate with a supportive team.

We offer a strong compensation package with a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly bonuses, sign-on, and comprehensive benefits. Flexible, weekday schedule and work-from-home options available to support your balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification (required).
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
