The Treetop ABA in Raeford, NC is seeking a full-time BCBA to lead clinical services in a supportive, clinically-driven environment.

You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and ABATs while collaborating with a skilled team to deliver high-quality care. We offer a generous base salary, sign-on bonus, weekdays schedule, and WFH options as available.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst in North Carolina is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in-clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.

What You'll Be Doing
