Job summary

The Treetop ABA in North Carolina is seeking dedicated BCBA clinicians to deliver high-quality care within a collaborative, supportive team. You will lead clinical decisions, supervise RBTs, and contribute to a culture focused on ethics, mentorship, and growth.

As a full-time BCBA, you’ll work in a clinician-led environment with manageable caseloads, flexible WFH options, and opportunities across NC, including new Goldsboro, Hickory and New Bern sites.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required and NC LBA license.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic or home settings.
• Train, mentor and supervise RBTs/ABATs and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure consistent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and professional development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development

What you’ll need

• Active BCBA Certification (required)
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
