Job summary

Opal Autism Centers in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to join our centered, in-person team. We emphasize sustainable caseloads, robust operational support, and ongoing clinical growth.

Base salary starts at $80,000 with retention incentives up to $10,000 and quarterly bonus opportunities up to $26,000. High performers may exceed $100,000 annually through base pay, bonuses, and professional development investments.

Qualifications

• Current QBA certification
• Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations
• Current CPR & First Aid certification

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinically appropriate caseloads and productivity expectations aligned with quality care and evolving payer requirements
• Conduct ongoing treatment integrity observations and protocol modification to support individualized clinical outcomes
• Provide supervision and caregiver collaboration consistent with medical necessity, treatment intensity, and payer expectations
• Maintain timely, accurate, and audit-ready clinical documentation in alignment with state, funder, and ethical requirements
• Support caregiver training and skill generalization across settings to promote long-term client success
