Opal Autism Centers is hiring a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to support high-quality, ethical ABA services in a center-based setting in Fayetteville, NC. The role focuses on sustainable workloads, clinical quality, and strong operational support while advancing clinician growth.
The QBA will manage clinically appropriate caseloads, supervise team members, and ensure compliant documentation and payer alignment.

Base Salary: Starts at $80,000 Optional retention bonus up to $ 10,000 Quarterly Bonus Opportunities: Earn up to ~$26,000 annually without PTO penalty Total Earning Potential: High-performing QBAs may exceed $100,000 annually through a combination of competitive base salary, quarterly bonus opportunities, retention incentives, and ongoing investment in professional development and clinical support.

We understand that transitioning into a new QBA role can involve financial, logistical, and career-planning considerations.
