Job summary

Integrated Services is seeking an Adoption Specialist to lead learning programs for Qualia and related platforms. You will design, deliver, and continuously improve training that enables successful technology adoption across title, escrow, closing, and operations teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep Qualia knowledge, strong instructional design skills, and a talent for translating complex system functionality into practical workflows that boost user confidence and productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of title, escrow, processing, closing, or transaction operations experience.
• Advanced Qualia expertise including workflows, user experience, transaction management, and operational functionality.
• Experience participating in system implementations, platform rollouts, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical operational guidance.
• Experience developing training materials for multiple learning formats.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable partnering with both operational and technology teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Passion for learning, continuous improvement, and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Learning & Development SME for Qualia and related transaction platforms.
• Develop and maintain enterprise Qualia learning strategy, onboarding, role-based learning paths, certifications, job aids, and adoption materials.
• Build scalable learning programs for implementation, go-live readiness, adoption, and future enhancements.
• Partner with platform admins, implementation teams, and ops leaders to translate changes into learning solutions.
• Measure adoption and learning effectiveness; adjust strategies as needed.
• Design instructor-led, virtual, self-paced, and blended learning experiences.
• Develop role-based curricula aligned to workflows and business requirements.
• Create training materials, presentations, simulations, guides, videos, FAQs, and performance guides.
• Develop assessments and readiness measures to validate proficiency.
• Maintain learning content libraries and update as platforms evolve.
• Deliver training from coaching sessions to large-scale rollouts.
• Communicate complex system functionality clearly; facilitate workshops and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Support pilot deployments and go-live activities with targeted learning interventions.
• Provide leadership updates on learner readiness and training outcomes.
• Identify skill gaps with ops teams and collaborate with platform admins to address trends.
• Align learning standards and best practices across teams; work with SMEs.
• Support organizational change initiatives related to technology adoption.
