Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Learning Management System Coordinator to support internal training coordination and instructional design in Florida. You will administer the Qualus Training Program (QualU) LMS, develop engaging training content, and support logistics for training programs.

The role emphasizes LMS administration, data accuracy, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and content quality, with opportunities to refine materials and improve learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–5 years in training, instructional design, LMS administration, or related learning functions.
• Proficiency with learning management systems.
• Experience with instructional design and authoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LMS, including creating courses, curricula and learning paths and maintaining the LMS calendar.
• Ensure accurate entry of training data, attendance, and course completion for reporting.
• Generate and distribute LMS reports for stakeholders.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, troubleshooting and general LMS support inquiries.
• Upload, test and publish eLearning materials (SCORM, video, documents).
• Coordinate event logistics for training programs including room and AV setup, catering, travel, and materials.
