Coldwell Banker Premier Property Management seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential rental portfolio across the Quad States region, including the Shenandoah Valley and Northern Virginia. The primary office is in Winchester, Virginia.

You will handle owner and tenant relations, lease enforcement, vacancy management, delinquency handling, and coordinate with the company’s accounting, maintenance, leasing, and administrative teams while traveling regionally.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of property management experience preferred.
• Active Virginia real estate license required.
• Experience with AppFolio or similar software preferred.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant processes and fair housing requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants.
• Oversee day-to-day performance of the portfolio and ensure documentation is current.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and compliance with state requirements.
• Monitor vacancies, pricing, and leasing activity; support with renewals.
• Oversee delinquency, notices, and eviction processes; attend court hearings when needed.
• Collaborate with accounting, maintenance, leasing, and administration teams.
• Travel regularly to properties and manage regional workload.
