Job Summary:

1. Design and develop scalable and efficient architectural solutions using QI CJM, QI Digital Advantage Suite, QI Scaler, Quadient Inspire Interactive, and Quadient Inspire.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
4. Oversee the implementation of architectural solutions, ensuring alignment with company standards and industry best practices.
5. Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
6. Lead the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance overall system performance and user experience.
7. Ensure architectural solutions are compliant with regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
8. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation guidelines.
9. Monitor and analyze system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary optimizations.
10. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.
