MSRcosmos LLC seeks a Senior Specialist - Package Implementation to lead Quadient-based solutions. You will design, configure, and deploy templates, templates, and workflows using Inspire software, ensuring high quality, scalable communications.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to map business needs into technical specs, perform testing, and maintain existing Quadient applications while supporting integrations with external systems.

Formación

• Hands-on Quadient CCM experience, including Inspire Designer and Interactive modules.
• Strong understanding of data input, transformation, layout modules and templates.
• Experience with CCM solutions and document template design.
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases and application servers.
• Familiarity with Agile development practices and QA processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, configure and maintain Quadient-based solutions using Inspire.
• Design and customize document templates and workflows.
• Perform system integrations and manage data exchanges with external systems.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure business objectives are met.
• Utilize Inspire Designer/Interactive modules to set up client workflows.
• Edit client workflows per Business Analysts' specs.
• Provide SME input on design architecture and integration.
• Handle data from various sources (CSV, DBs, XML, JSON).
• Create personalized Omni Channel communications.

Job Title: Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

Primary Technical Skills (Must Have):

• Handson experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive modules


• Deep understanding of XML Data Input Data Transformation Imposition and Layout modules


• Proficiency in working with Master Templates Data Definition Base Template Style Master


• Strong knowledge of Customer Communication Management CCM solutions


• Experience with Inspire ScalerxPression is a plus


• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for Quadient development


• Design develop and deploy Quadient based solutions ensuring high quality and performance


• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates


• Conduct unit testing and support integration testing for developed features


• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Quadient applications


• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the delivery of defect free solutions


• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Secondary Technical Skills (Nice to Have Skills, Not Mandatory):

• Guidewire PolicyCenter with experience for implantation and state rollouts


• Experience working with SQL Server or Oracle database


• Application Servers such as Web sphere Apache Tomcat or JBOSS J2EE application containers


• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop configure and maintain solutions using Quadient software primarily Quadient Inspire


• Design implement and customize document templates workflows and communication solutions


• Perform system integrations and manage data exchanges with external systems


• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business objectives


• Utilize Inspire Designer and Interactive modules to set up new client workflows and instances


• Edit existing client workflows in accordance with specifications received from Business Analysts


• Provide subject matter expertise for solution design architecture and integration


• Manipulate data from various sources formats e.g., flat files relational databases nonrelational databases XML JSON


• Create personalized and customized Omni Channel communications
