Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled Quadient Inspire Designer to support our customer communications strategy.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and managing personalized, omnichannel communication templates using Quadient Inspire.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, compliant, and accurate customer communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire Designer.
• Translate business requirements into functional and scalable document design solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and compliance teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of communication outputs.
• Support version control, change management, and documentation standards.
• Work within Agile or Waterfall development environments, contributing to project planning and delivery.
• Provide user training and documentation as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Quadient Inspire (Designer, Scaler, Interactive, Automation, etc.).
• Strong understanding of document composition, data-driven design, and multichannel delivery.
• Proficiency in working with XML, JSON, and other data formats.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA).
• Ability to interpret business requirements and transform them into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
