We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Marketing Design Project Manager to join the Marketing team in NYC (Midtown). Hybrid schedule in-office 3 days week - remote 2 days. The Marketing Design Project Manager will be responsible for managing the brand identity across all channels and materials. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, reviewing and approving all external materials, management of brand identity, design execution of branded materials, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand aesthetic and messaging. 100K – 120K Base + Bonus + Benefits Package

Responsibilities:

• Create brand designs for both print and digital mediums that reflect and enhance the organization’s message to B2B audience. Including brochures, reports, social media assets, and event materials (graphics, presentation slides, signage, ads)
• Maintain brand guidelines that articulate the brand's personality, tone of voice and visual elements.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines to maintain brand consistency and integrity, while monitoring and protecting the brand identity against unauthorized use or misrepresentation, safeguarding the brand's visual integrity and reputation.
• Provide review and editing support to ensure all communications meet brand guidelines and standards, thoroughly reviewing and approving all materials, including digital assets, event signage, PowerPoints, and other materials created for external use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders, including marketing, events, trade show, sales, and external agencies, to execute the brand aesthetic and strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Contribute to the evolution of overall brand strategy by managing the established design guidelines and ensuring that all designs are aligned.
• Take on new opportunities and touch challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• Anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders by planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in brand design, brand marketing, brand management, or a related design role, in a corporate environment.
• Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of branding, including brand strategy, positioning, visual design, typography, layout, and the role of design in building brand equity.
• Visual design skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create unique and impactful designs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate brand concepts and guidelines effectively.

Local candidates only. No sponsorship. Must be in a commutable range to NYC. Hybrid schedule in-office 3 days and remote 2 days. 100K – 120K base + Bonus + Benefits Package.
