Job Summary
This position assists the Restaurant Manager (RM) with daily operations and supervises the team in their absence. The Restaurant Assistant Manager (RAM) leads and coaches Restaurant Team Members, partnering with the management team to maintain operational standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members
• Conduct interviews for new team members and shift leads
• Maintain cleanliness and assign shift duties
• Ensure food preparation and service meet quality and safety standards
• Train team on new products and campaign materials
• Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records
• Complete administrative duties in absence of the RM
• Ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
• Partner with RM to meet financial and operational goals
