The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities, and requirements:

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner; coach and correct team members
• Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment and assign shift duties
• Ensure food preparation and service comply with all standards and regulations
• Train team members on new products and procedures
• Manage campaign materials and ensure product quality and safety standards
• Monitor and record cash, sales, and inventory accurately; complete shift and daily paperwork
• Handle administrative duties in the absence of the Manager
• Ensure a safe environment following all safety laws and policies
• Complete incident reports as needed
• Partner with the Manager to meet financial and operational goals
