This role assists the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and supervises the team in their absence. The RAM leads and coaches team members to maintain operational standards and ensure guest satisfaction.

Expectations

• Provide excellent guest service and coach team members
• Conduct interviews for new team members and shift leads
• Maintain cleanliness and assign duties
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
• Manage cash, sales, and inventory records
• Complete administrative tasks in the absence of the RM
• Follow safety regulations and complete incident reports
• Partner with the RM to meet financial and operational goals
