Job summary

Eataly is seeking a Quick Service Restaurant Sales Associate to deliver exceptional guest service across its QSR counters, including gelato, pastries, coffee, and paninis. You will report to the QSR General Manager and assist with food preparation, setup, and displays while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling experience, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Experience operating a cash register preferred.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service across QSR counters (gelato, pastries, coffee, paninis).
• Prepare and portion items, ensure neat displays.
• Set up stations and manage displays, FIFO and allergen separation.
• Operate cash register and ensure accurate cash handling.
