Job summary

Eataly is seeking a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Sales Associate to deliver exceptional guest service across its gelato, pastries, coffee, paninis and other Italian treats. You will report to the QSR General Manager and the QSR Assistant General Manager, ensuring every item is prepared and displayed with accuracy while following FIFO and allergen separation standards.

The role requires outstanding communication, prior cash register experience, and a willingness to work a flexible onsite

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and guest service skills.
• Experience operating a cash register preferred.
• Prior food service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides service across all QSR counters.
• Completes food preparation assignments neatly, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Sets up stations and replenishes displays neatly including separation of allergens.
• Ensures all items are dated and FIFO standards followed.
• Prepares collateral, weighs, labels, packages and serves products.
• Operates a cash register and ensures accuracy of cash drops.
• Performs other duties as required.
