Job summary

Eataly North America is seeking a Quick Service Restaurant Sales Associate to deliver exceptional guest service across our QSR counters, serving gelato, pastries, coffee, paninis and more. You will be responsible for food prep, display upkeep, allergen separation, FIFO, labeling, and cash handling in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong guest service skills and prior food service or cash register experience, with a flexible onsite schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating a cash register preferred.
• Prior food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service across all QSR counters and maintain guest focus.
• Prepare food items neatly and promptly.
• Set up stations, replenish displays, and separate allergens.
• Ensure FIFO dating and proper labeling of products.
• Operate cash register with accuracy and secure cash drops.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
