Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in QSR, fast casual, or high-volume food service.
• Strong operational knowledge in labor management, scheduling, inventory, cost control.
• ServSafe certification preferred; Culinary/Hospitality degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Supervisors, Crew Members, and Shift Leaders.
• Drive excellence in food quality, service, and sanitation standards on every plate and shift.
• Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and Executive Chef to ensure brand consistency.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members to build a culture rooted in accountability and growth.
• Step in across roles during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze performance metrics to improve sales, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Represent the Lucy's brand in the Auburn community and build local partnerships.
