The ideal candidate has 5+ years of management, strong leadership and communication skills, solid P&L experience, and a customer-focused mindset. This role requires flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing financial performance, including P&L responsibilities.
• Guest-focused with a commitment to operational excellence.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
