Job summary

ARCHER Systems is a leading technology-enabled legal services company providing post-settlement administration for multi-claimant litigation. The QSF Project Manager oversees Qualified Settlement Fund projects from initiation through final disbursement, coordinating with law firms and internal departments to ensure timely delivery and adherence to requirements.

The role is onsite in Houston, within the QSF Administration department, and requires strong client management, project ownership, risk

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management, operations, legal services, financial services, or related experience.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned law firms and settlement counsel.
• Lead client meetings and ongoing project communications.
• Provide project updates, reporting, and status information.
• Manage client expectations and coordinate issue resolution.
