ARCHER Systems, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for QSF Administration, onsite in Houston. You will lead defined QSF projects from onboarding to closure, serving as the liaison with law firms and settlement counsel.
You will manage timelines, deliverables, risks, client communications, and escalations while coordinating across internal departments. The role requires 3+ years in project/operations/legal/financial services, strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with Microsoft
The QSF Project Manager is responsible for managing assigned Qualified Settlement Fund (QSF) projects from project initiation through final disbursement and closure. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned law firms and coordinates activities across internal departments to ensure accurate, timely, and successful delivery of services.
The Project Manager maintains oversight of project status, deliverables, risks, escalations, and client communications while ensuring adherence to client requirements, settlement agreements, and company procedures.
