Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a QPR Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for QPR subcontractors.

You will mentor contractors, assist with onboarding, and help integrate new standards into training materials while ensuring quality and compliance. You will collaborate with the Training & Quality Control Manager to identify needs, plan development, and coordinate training schedules to support operational needs and contractor performance throughout the Salt Lake

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a Training position or similar role.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (Talent LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• IAED/EMD/EFD/EPD certifications or in training related to emergency dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs via online modules and workshops.
• Coordinate training schedules and logistics with minimal service disruption.
• Mentor, coach, and provide feedback to subcontractors for development.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and role-specific training.
• Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, and compliance docs; track learner progress.
