Job summary

The AZEK Company is seeking a motivated student for a 12-week paid internship in the Scranton, PA area. You will gain hands-on experience with quality tools, ISO 9001-compliant processes, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement.

You’ll present findings to stakeholders, receive mentoring, and develop practical skills for a future career in quality management. Eligible candidates are enrolled in an accredited bachelor’s program with a 3.0+ GPA and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with anticipated graduation Dec 2027–May 2029
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 required
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks during summer 2027
• Reliable transportation to the work location
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Build, test and launch electronic First Article Inspection (eFAI) and in-process inspection platform
• Convert and update Gen1 Quality Control Plans to the new electronic format
• Participate in design/validation of 3D printed gauges for CTQ acceptance
• Support process improvement projects using data-driven metrics and quality tools
