You will collaborate with process owners and cross-functional teams to strengthen audit readiness, risk management, and change control while ensuring compliance with TAS procedures and customer requirements. You will support audits, analyze quality data, and develop training materials to improve processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or related discipline.
• Internal/Lead Auditor ISO 9001 training preferred.
• ASQ CQE or CQA certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain, implement, and continually improve the QMS.
• Coordinate audits with internal, customer, regulatory, and supplier sources.
• Track NCRs, CARs, SCARs through closure and verification.
• Facilitate root cause analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D, Pareto, DMAIC).
• Develop and maintain controlled procedures, forms, and records.
• Administer document and change control for revisions at use points.
• Evaluate process changes for quality, risk, and training impact.
• Support FMEAs/PFMEAs, risk assessments, and control plans.
