Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. seeks a Quality Assurance Systems Engineer to lead and continually improve the Quality Management System. You will coordinate audits, manage corrective actions, and drive risk management and documentation control across TAS locations.

The role emphasizes data-driven quality improvements, FMEA/PFMEA, and cross-functional training to ensure sustained compliance with standards and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in quality assurance, quality systems, or manufacturing quality.
• Experience with audits, nonconformance investigations, corrective actions, and process improvement.
• Experience facilitating root cause analysis with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Coordinate audits and manage evidence, responses, and follow-up.
• Track NCRs, CARs, SCARs through containment and closure.
• Conduct root cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, Pareto, DMAIC.
• Maintain procedures, work instructions, forms, and records.
• Assess changes for impact on quality, risk, and training.
• Develop FMEA/PFMEA, risk assessments, and control plans.
• Analyze quality data and audit results for trends and improvements.
• Prepare audit-ready reports and management inputs.
• Deliver training on new or revised quality processes.
