Job summary

Voltage Energy is seeking an experienced QMS Manager to lead and maintain the Quality Management System across our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Global Director of Quality, this role ensures compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality policies while driving continuous improvement and supporting successful new product launches.

The role requires 7+ years in quality systems within manufacturing and 3+ years of leadership, with strong expertise in

Qualifications

7+ years of Quality Systems experience in a manufacturing environment.
3+ years of quality leadership experience.
Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plans, CAPA, and audit management.
Experience managing Document Control and Records Management systems.

Responsibilities

Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and internal quality standards.
Lead APQP and PPAP activities for new product launches and ensure completion of PFMEAs, Control Plans, MSA, SPC, capability studies, and related deliverables.
Manage Document Control and Quality Records, including revisions, approvals, retention, and change control.
Lead and support internal, customer, certification, and third-party audits.
Drive corrective and preventive actions using 8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, and CAPA.
Analyze quality trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead, coach, and train Quality Systems personnel and cross-functional teams.
Serve as a key quality contact for customers and certification agencies.
Partner with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management to improve quality performance.
