Zusammenfassung

Harmar Mobility is seeking a Documents Control Specialist to join the Quality team. This role collaborates with multiple functions to manage the QMS, control documents, and product data while supporting audits and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of document control experience, PLM familiarity, and strong communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A GED/associates degree is required, with a Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with document control, change control and PLM.
• Ability to effectively communicate information to all audience levels.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Self-motivated with strong customer service orientation.

Aufgaben

• Review proposed document/drawing changes and proofread against redlines for accurate implementation.
• Document review and redline creation against the standard.
• Primary Administrator for Harmar quality management system (QMS).
• Review and analyze change requests for compliance with documentation processes and standards.
• Coordinate and facilitate change-control meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Transmit approved change orders and ensure follow-up and closure.
• Provide training on engineering change requests (ECR) and engineering change orders (ECO).
• Assist in new product introductions related to core data management responsibilities.
• Support periodic document reviews and SOP updates.
• Assist Marketing with change-control activities.
• Generate timely reports in the QMS system and drive continuous improvement.
