Job summary

Verify, Inc. seeks a QMS Auditor to perform a one-day ISO 9001 audit of the Quality Management System, including HSE and Ethics & Compliance, to verify effectiveness and evidence of continual improvement.

The auditor will conduct examinations against the ISO9001 standard, identify major/minor findings and observations, and report results to the customer via a web application, with corrective actions reviewed for effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Five external audits in the past year to ISO9001 or AS9100.
• QMS auditor training with lead auditor certification (RAB or ASQ).
• Experience with special processes (fabrication, machining, foundry).
• Knowledge of 8D, 5 why, DMAIC for root cause analysis.
• Strong writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Examine the Quality Management System (QMS), HSE, Ethics & Compliance and related procedures.
• Audit against the latest ISO9001 standard and observe evidence of improvement.
• Identify major/minor findings and report to the customer via web app.
• Review and approve corrective action responses and assess effectiveness.
