CIRCOR International is seeking a QMS Administrator to drive standardization of quality processes across engineering, manufacturing and leadership, ensuring controlled documentation and effective change implementation.
You will manage document control, coordinate training, audits, and data integrity in QMS systems, partnering with SMEs to translate requirements into clear procedures and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and MIL-STD/AS9100.
The QMS Administrator works cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and leadership teams to standardize processes, drive consistency, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a key role in ensuring controlled documentation, effective change implementation, and workforce competency through structured training programs.
