Winners Circle Group in Texas is seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to engage, support, and coach parents, children, and youth in child welfare. You will build strong relationships and deliver goal-directed interventions to help clients thrive during transitions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least one year of relevant experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least one year of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children and youth.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work non-standard hours, such as 3-9 PM, and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop rapport with children and youth to optimize their functioning.
• Provide goal-directed interventions to stabilize children and youth in transition.
• Complete progress notes within 24 hours after each session.
• Maintain certification in the CANS or ANSA, updated annually.
