Job summary

Life Enhancement Services seeks a compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our Beaumont, TX team. The role focuses on providing culturally competent mental health services and building strong relationships with clients and families in the community.

Responsibilities include home, office, or community sessions, crisis intervention, documentation per Texas codes, and collaboration with courts and tribal agencies.

Qualifications

• Willingness to commute to see clients in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skill-building sessions at client location using evidence-based practices.
• Crisis intervention and on-call support with proper documentation.
• Maintain client records in electronic system following Texas codes.
• Build rapport with clients, families, and support systems; involve families as appropriate.
• Assist with data review and progress reporting to the team and families.
• Help clients develop independent living skills including budgeting, transport, and time management.
• Collaborate with courts, probation, and tribal agencies to address client needs.
• Teach communication, problem-solving, and anger management techniques.
• Attend staff meetings and professional development trainings.
