Job summary

Winners Circle Group in Tyler, Texas, is seeking compassionate QMHPs to support children, youth, and families in a hybrid work setting. You will engage, coach, and provide goal-directed interventions to stabilize children and youth in transitions, while maintaining progress notes within 24 hours of each session.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least one year of experience, strong communication, and a valid driver's license. Certification in CANS or ANSA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, medicine, nursing, rehabilitation, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, physician assistant, gerontology, special education, educational psychology, early childhood education, or early childhood intervention.
• At least one year of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with children and youth.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with children and youth to optimize their functioning.
• Provide goal-directed interventions to stabilize children and youth in transition.
• Complete progress notes within 24 hours after each session.
• Maintain certification in the CANS or ANSA, updated annually.
