Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a human services field preferred.
• One year of relevant clinical experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Credential: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP).

Responsibilities

• Provide care coordination and client education as part of CSC team.
• Deliver crisis de-escalation and psychosocial skills development services.
• Offer evidence-based employment and education supports to clients.
• Collaborate under supervision of Licensed Mental Health Professional.
