Job summary

Dominion Care is seeking an experienced QMHP-level clinician in Lynchburg, VA. The role supports intensive-in-home and crisis services, with a focus on person-centered mental health care.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a relevant field and QMHP certification or in training. Competitive pay ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus a $1,000 retention bonus for full-time staff and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, human services, special education or counseling; QMHP certification or in training as QMHP.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with a mental health diagnosis.
• Clean driving record and basic documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage in Intensive-In-Home, Mental Health Skill Building, Community Stabilization, Mobile Crisis Response, and/or Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services.
• Make contact with individual/family and referral source within 24 hours of accepting referral.
• Engage individuals in sessions while providing psychoeducation, behavioral support, and therapeutic interventions.
• Educate and help individuals use coping skills to manage behaviors and emotions.
