Job summary

Metrocare Services is seeking a QMHP-Dual Outpatient to serve Grand Prairie, TX. The clinician will provide psychosocial rehabilitation and skill-building for adults with serious mental illness and youths with emotional disturbance, working with an interdisciplinary team to develop, monitor, and adjust recovery plans.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, referral coordination, and community reintegration, with facilities open weekdays and some evening hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 1–3 years MH/MR or Master's with 0–2 years human services experience required.
• Strong assessment, planning, and linkage skills expected.
• Ability to document and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessment and develop recovery plans for individuals.
• Coordinate referrals, advocacy, and crisis intervention as part of a treatment team.
• Document progress and update treatment plans every three months.
