Collin County Mental Health Retardation Center seeks QMHP-CS to perform assessments, recovery planning, and referrals for adults in behavioral health services in McKinney, TX.

The role supports crisis interventions, person-centered care, and collaboration with LifePath Systems and community partners. Bachelor's degree in psychology or social work required; master's preferred; bilingual Spanish/English a plus. Some evening/weekend coverage may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree must meet Texas Administrative Code requirements for QMHP-CS.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of clinical experience with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assessments and recovery planning for adults enrolled in services.
• Provide crisis interventions and community-based psychosocial rehabilitation.
• Navigate resources and referrals to community services.
• Coordinate care with LifePath Systems and partner organizations.
• Maintain electronic health records and ensure timely service notes.
