Job summary

Gifted Enterprises LLC is seeking a QMHP to provide skill-building services and support psychosocial functioning for clients with mental health challenges. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and implement individualized plans under licensed supervision.

You will facilitate daily living skills, psychoeducation, and treatment plan support, while maintaining clear communication with the treatment team and documenting client progress.

Qualifications

• Registration as a QMHP through the Virginia Board of Counseling.
• Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation for community-based services.
• 1,500 hours supervised experience in a human services field, or 3,000 hours supervised experience in a non-related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement mental health skill-building services: daily living, problem-solving, community resource use, medication support, etc.
• Facilitate psychoeducation and behavior modeling to foster client well-being.
• Support treatment plan implementation under licensed supervision.
• Maintain communication with the treatment team regarding client progress and needs
