Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a QMAP for our inpatient Detox and Residential facility in Fort Collins, CO. You will provide essential medical support to stabilize clients and help them engage in treatment programs.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• QMAP licensure required.
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean record.
• If in recovery, minimum one year of sustained sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, timely medical care to stabilize clients and enable engagement in treatment.
• Assist with nursing shift duties (vitals, drug screens, medication administration, charting).
• Collaborate with medical and clinical teams for coordinated care.
• Manage, order and restock medical supplies as necessary.
• Schedule medical appointments and arrange aftercare providers for post-discharge.
• Assist with pharmacy needs and prescription authorizations.
