Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a senior care setting.
• State-specific QMAP certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and positive demeanor with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely following the 6 rights of medication administration.
• Count and document narcotics and manage medication inventory.
• Maintain medication carts (daily cleaning, weekly deep cleaning) and restock as needed.
• Verify MARs at changeover and document in daily log.
• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, incontinence care, feeding) and general nursing care (vital signs, temperatures, BP, weights).
